Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payments made by the customer.
• Class cancellation by Janidu Rangay Maths Academy before the course commencement.
• Exceptional cases approved by Mr. Janidu Rangay.

Non-refundable cases include, but are not limited to:

• Change of mind after enrolment.
• Missed classes or partial attendance.
• Student withdrawal after course commencement.
• Failure to attend classes due to personal reasons.
• Lack of device or internet access for online classes.

All approved refunds will be processed only to the original payment method used at the time of payment.

This includes:

• Credit card.
• Debit card.
• Bank transfer.
• Online payment gateway.
• Refunds will not be issued in cash or transferred to a different bank account or payment method. This policy is strictly followed to ensure payment security and compliance with financial regulations.

• Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–14 working days.
• Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.
• Any transaction or processing fees charged by the payment gateway are non-refundable.

Janidu Rangay Maths Academy reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with immediate effect.
